Refund policy
Refund Policy on Apparel:
Because our apparel is made to order at the time the order is placed certain conditions apply.
- If you have issues or problems with your item, you must contact us via email within 72 hours of the item being delivered to your address.
- Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged (printed aesthetic or damaged item)
- For apparel items, size exchanges or returns are not accepted. This is because all of our items are custom made to order. We do not have inventory on hand and produce your item only when you place the order so therefore there is no item to be exchanged.
- After contacting us, we will walk you through the steps to ship the item back to us. If you have any questions, please email us at mo@ace1warrior.com
Refund Policy on Workout Programs:

Because this is a coaching service that includes immediate access to proprietary materials, personalized programming, and coach time, all sales are final once the program begins.
However, we offer a conditional satisfaction guarantee under the following terms:
β 14-Day Commitment Guarantee
If within the first 14 days of the program you can demonstrate that you:

Completed all assigned workouts

Followed the nutrition guidelines as provided

Submitted required check-ins

Communicated consistently with your coach

Implemented feedback as instructed
β¦and you feel the program is not a good fit, you may request a refund.
π All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of your start date.
π« No Refunds Will Be Issued If:

Workouts were skipped or modified without approval

Check-ins were missed or incomplete

Nutrition guidelines were not followed

Communication was inconsistent or absent

The request is based on lack of βinstantβ results

More than 14 days have passed
π Payment Plans

All payment plans are binding agreements

Missed payments will be collected

Payment plans are not cancellable once started

No refunds on completed or partially completed plans
π Program Transfers (Optional Safety Valve)
If you experience injury, medical hardship, or life disruption, you may request:

A program pause (up to 30 days), or

A program credit toward a future coaching cycle
(Credits must be used within 6 months.)

By enrolling, you acknowledge that coaching provides guidance, not guarantees
